How to Take Care of Your Body When You Have No Time or Energy

If your days feel full and you’re tired of trying to “start over,” I’ll show you how to move your body, eat simply, and feel better—without needing more time or energy

Hey, I'm Niki

  • Behavioral Health Coach

  • Bachelor's in Public Health

  • Mom of two littles

  • Naturally anxious + prone to overthinking

  • Very little margin (not a lot of wiggle room in life)

  • Current obsession: swimming laps while listening to podcasts

  • Go-to quick snack: my berry bowl (coconut yogurt, frozen berries, collagen, dark chocolate)

Everything I teach comes from figuring out how to make this work in real life not in perfect conditions.

If this has felt hard, you’re not alone.

You probably start the day with good intentions.

Like "okay I'm going to wake up early and go for a run," or "I'll work out after I drop the kids off."

And then the night doesn't go as planned.

Your toddler wakes up and you're in and out of sleep, and when your alarm goes off, you already feel behind.

The morning is rushed.

You're helping find the sparkly boots that somehoe disappeared, packing lunches, trying to get everyone out the door on time.

And by the time you finally sit down, you're exhausted.

The time you were going to use to work out...

you end up just sitting there, scrolling because you don't have anything left.

So you tell yourself, "okay...I'll do it later."

But work runs long, dinner still has to get on the table, and by the end of the day it just doesn't happen.

So it turns into, "I'll try again tomorrow."

And then tomorrow ends up looking pretty similar

It's just hard to figure out how to make any of this actually work in your real life.

That's what we're going to change.

what you'll walk away with
